INTEREST PAYMENT ON CONVERTIBLE BOND

Bondholders of the Soapstone Investments Convertible Bond are hereby advised that the DMCCB convertible bond
will commence trading ex-interest from the close of trade on 6 December 2013 until the close of trade on 13
December 2013, with respect to the interest coupon period that commenced on 16 September 2013 and that ends on
16 December 2013. The interest amount to be paid on 17 December 2013 will be ZAR352.87671 for each ZAR10,000
of principal amount. The next interest coupon period will commence on 17 December 2013 (inclusive) and end on
13 March 2014.
