Notification in terms of section 122(3) of the Companies Act and paragraph 3.83 (b) of the JSE
Listings Requirements

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("Companies Act") and
section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Investec Fund
Managers SA (RF) (Pty) Ltd (“Investec”), has acquired a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares
of the company (“the securities”), such that its beneficial interests in the securities amount to
6.07% of the total number of securities in issue.

RBA confirms that is has received the required notice from Investec in terms of section 122(1)(a)
of the Companies Act and the company has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
