NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Linked unitholders are advised that the Company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2013, was dispatched to linked unitholders on
Monday, 4 November 2013, and contains no changes from the summarised audited annual financial
statements which were released on SENS on Monday, 26 August 2013.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting which meeting will be held at
10:00 on Tuesday, 3 December 2013 at 200 on Main, Corner Main and Bowwood Roads, Claremont, Cape
Town.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 15 November 2013 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 22 November 2013.
