CHANGES TO THE REMUNERATION COMMITTEE

In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the following changes to the Company’s Remuneration
Committee (“the Committee”) are disclosed:

  - Appointment of Ms N Moholi, independent non-executive
    director, as a member with effect from 30 October 2013;
    and
  - Appointment of Mr RMW Dunne, independent non-executive
    director, as chairman of the Committee with effect from 1
    January 2014 following the resignation of Ms WE Lucas-
    Bull as announced on 22 July 2013.
