Isbister will be appointed as non-executive directors of the company and Ms Sandra Gordon

Shareholders are further advised that as from 31 October 2013, Mr Stafford Masie, Mr Trevor
Ncube, Mr Piet Greyling and Mr Terry Moolman will be resigning as non-executive directors of
the company.
