modifications to the audited results which were published on the

Notice of the annual general meeting

Notice is hereby given that the twenty sixth annual general
meeting of shareholders will be held in the executive boardroom,
3rd floor, 2 Merchant Place, corner Fredman Drive and Rivonia Road,
Sandton on Friday, 22 November 2013 at 09h00 to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting
forming part of the annual integrated report.
