In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that, Adv Heinrich Jansen van Rensburg has resigned with effect from
18 October 2013.

The Board of Platfields would like to extend its thanks and appreciation to Heinrich for his
invaluable contribution to Platfields. We wish him well in his future endeavours.
