QUARTERLY UPDATE ON SUSPENSION OF TRADE IN SECURITIES
Shareholders are reminded that the listing of the Company was suspended on 1 July 2013 due
to the company not submitting a provisional report within the three-month period stipulated in
the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”).
In accordance with paragraph 1.10(c) of the Listings Requirements, the Company advises that
it has commenced with its audit of the results for the year ended 28 February 2013 and the
audited results for the period then ended are expected to be published by no later than
30 November 2013.
In addition, the company is preparing its interim results for the six months ended 31 August
2013, which results will be published immediately after the publication of the audited results
mentioned above.
The Company will then apply to the JSE for the lifting of the suspension in trade of the
Company’s securities.
