RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


Shareholders are advised that the board of directors, in
consultation with the Chief Executive Officer, Mr Mike
Allan (“Mike”), has decided not to conclude a new
contract with Mike, whose contract expired on
15 September 2013. Mike’s contract provides for a three
month notice period and he will accordingly resign as the
Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Company
with effect from 15 December 2013.

Following Mike’s resignation, Mr NMI (Gora) Abdoola, the
executive chairman of the Company, will act in the dual
capacity of executive chairman and Chief Executive
Officer until a new Chief Executive Officer has been
appointed.

The board of directors would like to thank Mike for his
contributions to the Group during his tenure and wish him
well in his future endeavours.
