Close of the private placement and determination of issue price of shares ATTACQ LIMITED (previously Atterbury Investment Holdings Limited) (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1997/000543/06) JSE share code: ATT ISIN: ZAE000177218 (“Attacq” or “the company”) CLOSE OF THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND DETERMINATION OF ISSUE PRICE OF SHARES Investors are referred to Attacq’s prospectus issued on 4 October 2013 and to the announcement released on SENS on 4 October 2013, which included the company’s abridged prospectus, detailing the offer by way of the private placement of Attacq shares to invited investors at an indicative price of R15.00 per share and the subsequent listing on the JSE of the company’s shares. Due to unprecedented levels of interest from invited investors, the board of Attacq has taken the decision to close the offer under the private placement earlier than the date of Wednesday, 9 October 2013 indicated in the prospectus. Accordingly, the private placement is now closed. Although there was interest far in excess of supply at pricing significantly above the indicative price of R15.00 per share, the board has taken the strategic decision that the private placement shares will be issued at R14.50 per share. Successful applicants under the private placement will be advised of their allocation of shares by no later than Tuesday, 8 October 2013. The allocated shares will be transferred to successful applicants on a ‘delivery-versus-payment’ basis on the date of listing being Monday, 14 October 2013. Definitions used in this announcement are as per the prospectus issued on 4 October 2013. 7 October 2013 Corporate advisor, sponsor and bookrunner Java Capital Independent transaction sponsor Deloitte & Touche Sponsor Services (Pty) Ltd Independent reporting accountants and auditors Deloitte & Touche Attorneys ENS Date: 07/10/2013 04:47:00 Produced by the JSE SENS Department.
