Shareholders are hereby advised that the company`s
Integrated Annual Report, incorporating the Summarised
Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June
2013, was posted to Jasco shareholders today, Monday, 30
September 2013 and contains no modification to the abridged
audited consolidated results published on the Stock
Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on Wednesday, 18
September 2013.
Notice is hereby given to the shareholders of Jasco as at
Friday, 20 September 2013, being the record date to receive
notice of the annual general meeting in terms of section
59(1)(a) of the Companies Act, that the annual general
meeting will be held at Jasco Office Park, Corner of
Alexandra Avenue and Second Road, Midrand, Gauteng on
Wednesday, 30 October 2013 at 11h00 to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting forming part of the Integrated Annual Report posted
to shareholders, which meeting is to be participated in and
voted at by shareholders registered as such on Friday, 25
October 2013.
