NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Linked unitholders are advised that Ascension’s integrated report, incorporating the audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2013, was dispatched to linked unitholders on Friday,
20 September 2013, and contains no changes from the audited annual financial statements which were
published on SENS on Friday, 23 August 2013.
The integrated report contains a notice of annual general meeting for Ascension, which will be held at
the company’s registered office, 5th Floor, 14 Long Street, Cape Town, 8001 on Monday, 21 October
2013 at 10h00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 4 October 2013 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 11 October 2013.
