Appointment of Company Secretary

In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that 
Ronelle Kleyn has been appointed as company secretary with effect from 1 November 2013.
 
Ronelle is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, a Chartered Secretary 
(ACIS with CSSA) and a member of the technical committee of Chartered Secretaries South Africa.  
She has most recently been the head of the Board Support division of Statucor (Pty) Ltd through 
whom she served as the Company Secretary to several listed and unlisted entities. 
 
The Board welcomes her and wishes her a long and fruitful relationship with RBA.
