CLARIFICATION OF SALIENT DATES

It has been brought to the Company’s attention that, following the announcement on 6 September 2013 of an
amendment to the salient dates and times relating to the Company’s General Meeting to be held on 30
September 2013, there may be some confusion with regard to the date of the Annual General Meeting.
Therefore, by way of clarification, please find below further confirmation of the salient dates in respect of both
the Annual General Meeting and the General Meeting:

Further information relating to these two meetings, including the respective notices, proxy forms and in the
case of the General Meeting, the shareholders circular, have been posted to all registered shareholders of

Shareholders are advised that the ISIN number for ZCI as quoted on the circular and proxy forms distributed
