as well as the notice of annual general meeting (“Notice”),
have been posted to shareholders today, 28 August 2013.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of 
Erbacon will be held at the offices of the Company, Block 3,
Unit 6, The Willows Office Park, 276 George Road, Erand 
Gardens, Midrand at 10:00 on Thursday, 26 September 2013 
to transact the business as set out in the Notice.
