REGULATORY DISCLOSURE OF DECREASE IN HOLDINGS BELOW 5%


In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules in
the UK, the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section
122(1) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are
advised that Investec Asset Management Ltd notified Jubilee on
21 August 2013 that its holding of 17,808,830 ordinary shares
in the Company has decreased in percentage terms to 4.98% of
the total voting rights in the Company. The decrease is due to
an increase in the number of ordinary issued shares in the
Company which came into effect on 21 August 2013. Investec has
not disposed of any of its Jubilee securities.

As required, in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies
Act, Jubilee has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
