RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR


CBH wishes to advise that Mario Benjamin le Roux has resigned for personal reasons as
Financial Director of CBH with effect from 16 August 2013.

The board wishes him well and thanks him for his commitment during his tenure as
Financial Director of CBH.

A new Financial Director will be appointed in due course.
