Mohammed Bhabha has been appointed as a Member of the Audit and Risk
Committee effective 13 August 2013


Mr Bhabha joined the board on 1 March 2010. He also serves on the Social
and   Ethics   Committee    and   on   the    Remuneration   and   Nomination
Committee.
