Shareholders are advised that Sasfin Capital’s appointment as Sponsor of
record to Infrasors will cease with effect from 31 August 2013.

Infrasors has appointed Bridge Capital Advisors (Pty) Ltd, the Sponsor
of Infrasors’ controlling shareholder, Afrimat Limited, as its Sponsor
with effect from 1 September 2013.
