CHANGES TO COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
informed of the appointment of Mr. Jaco Dauth (“Jaco”) as
Company Secretary with effect from 1 August 2013.

Jaco worked as the Group Accountant at Argent from February 2007
to July 2013. He will now take over the role of Financial
Manager for the Kwa-Zulu Natal region.

Jaco completed his B.Commerce Accounting degree at
Potchefstroom University in 2003. He completed his articles of
traineeship with JCB Incorporated in 2005.

The Board wishes to welcome Jaco and looks forward to his
contributions to the Company.
