RESULTS OF THE SECTION 114 SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT MEETING

The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that at the scheme
meeting of the Company held today, 26 July 2013, all the ordinary and special
resolutions tabled in the notice of the scheme meeting (“the Resolutions”), which
notice was included and posted to shareholders as part of the scheme circular
dated 27 June 2013, were approved by the shareholders of the Company, present
or represented by proxy. In excess of 97% of scheme members voted in favour of
the Resolutions.

Shareholders are further referred to the announcement published by the
Company on 27 June 2013 and are hereby advised that the important dates and
times set out in the aforementioned announcement remain unchanged and
accordingly the scheme of arrangement will be implemented in accordance with
such timetable.
