WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on Friday, 10 May 2013 and
the further cautionary announcement released on SENS on Monday, 24 June 2013 and are advised that the
negotiations referred to have been terminated and accordingly caution is no longer required to be exercised
by shareholders when dealing in the company’s securities.
