NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING OF UBUBELE SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by the
Company on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited
dated 18 June 2013, regarding a demand which the Company received
from a shareholder, K2012197774 (South Africa) Proprietary Limited
(“the Demand”), to convene a general meeting of shareholders
regarding the removal and appointment of certain directors from
the board of directors of the Company (“the Initial
Announcement”).
Further to the publication of the Initial Announcement,
shareholders are hereby advised that, pursuant to the Demand, a
circular convening and incorporating the notice of the required
general meeting (“the Circular”) is in the process of being
distributed to shareholders and is available on the Company’s
website at www.ububele.co.za.
Accordingly, notice is hereby given that a general meeting of
Ububele shareholders will be held at 12:00 on Wednesday, 28 August
2013, at Ground Floor, Acorn House, East Wing, Old Oak Office Park
Cnr. Old Oak and Durban Roads, Belville, 7530, for the purpose of
considering and, if deemed fit passing, with or without
modification, the ordinary resolutions set out in the notice of
general meeting incorporated in the Circular.
The record date for purposes of determining which shareholders of
the Company are entitled to participate in and vote at the general
meeting is Friday, 23 August 2013, with the last day to trade
being Friday, 16 August 2013.
