NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The integrated annual report containing audited annual financial statements for the
Group for the year ended 31 March 2013 has been posted to shareholders today, 28
June 2013. There has been no change from the audited results for the year ended 31
March 2013, released on SENS on 27 June 2013 and the integrated annual report.
The annual financial statements were audited by the Group`s auditors, BDO South
Africa Inc. and their unmodified report is available for inspection at the Company`s
registered office.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting of ordinary
shareholders for the Company, which will be held at Regarding Capital Management
(Pty) Ltd, 7th floor Claremont Central, 8 Vineyard Road, Claremont, Cape Town at
11:00 on Wednesday, 28 August 2013.
All preference holders are invited to attend the Chairman’s meeting, which will
immediately follow the AGM. At this meeting, the executives of RAC will discuss the
operations of the company, and answer any questions. Please RSVP by email to
