POSTING OF SECTION 60 NOTICE TO ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS OF DORBYL

Ordinary shareholders of Dorbyl are advised that a notice regarding
an ordinary resolution proposed by the board of directors of Dorbyl
in terms of section 60 of the Companies Act, 2008, as amended, in
respect of an increase in the borrowing powers of the Company, has
been posted to such ordinary shareholders today, 24 June 2013,
(“Ordinary Resolution”).

Ordinary shareholders are provided with the timetable below for
purposes of considering and voting on the Ordinary Resolution set
out as follows:
