Commissioner Street No. 1 (RF) Limited - MFS1A1 Notes (“the Notes”) were issued with an expected maturity date of 20 December 2015, however, the Issuer shall partially redeem each Note on each Payment Date, to the extent permitted by, and in accordance with the relevant Priority of Payments, as set out in Condition 9.2 of the Applicable Issuer Supplement (Mandatory early redemption in whole or in part) of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes (as read with the Applicable Pricing Supplement). In terms of Condition 10.7 (“Payment Day”) and Condition 17 (“Notices”) of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, notice is hereby given to Noteholders that the Issuer has partly early redeemed the Notes effective on 20 June 2013. Payment of the principal amount redeemable (“early redemption amount”), together with applicable interest, was effected on 20 June 2013.
