NOTIFICATION TO SHAREHOLDERS: DEMAND FOR A GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received a
formal demand from K2012197774 (South Africa) (Pty) Limited in
accordance with section 61(3) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, as
amended, requiring the Company to convene a general meeting of
shareholders regarding inter alia, the removal of certain
directors from the board of directors of the Company.

Shareholders are accordingly advised that the Company is in the
process of preparing a notice convening the requisite general
meeting, which notice will be distributed as soon as practicable.
The board will be requesting more specific reasons for the
proposed removal of directors, which will be incorporated into the
notice.

A further announcement setting out the details of the general
meeting will be made to shareholders upon the distribution of the
notice of General Meeting.
