Changes to the Infrasors Holdings Limited board

In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, Infrasors shareholders are advised of
the following change to the board of directors.

The board is pleased to announce that Louis Loubser has been appointed as Managing Director of
Infrasors with effect from 11 June 2013. Louis holds a B. Com degree and MBA from the University of
Stellenbosch and previously held the position as Head of Business Development at Afrimat Limited.

The Infrasors board would like to welcome Louis to the Company and wish him well in this position.
