CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDING ANNOUNCEMENT



Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 6 June 2013 by Pinnacle
Technology Holdings Limited (“Pinnacle”) wherein it is stated that Pinnacle (or a nominated
wholly-owned subsidiary of Pinnacle) will, subject to approval (to the extent required) of the
Competition Authorities, acquire in one indivisible transaction, 61,152,467 ordinary shares
(“Acquired Shares”) in the Company from Co-ordinated Network Investments Proprietary Limited
and Hoolican Investments Proprietary Limited. The Acquired Shares represent approximately
29.79% of the issued ordinary share capital of Datacentrix.
