TRADING STATEMENT AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Trading Statement:
In terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, listed companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as the board of
directors is satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty
exists that the financial results for the next reporting period
will vary by more than 20% from those of the previous
corresponding reporting period or from a profit forecast or
trading statement previously provided to the market in relation
to such period.

The board of directors of the Company has reasonable certainty
that the earnings per share and headline earnings per share for
the interim period ended 28 February 2013 will be at least 20%
lower than the prior period ended 29 February 2012 results, but
does not at this stage have sufficient certainty to provide
guidance on a range to describe the differences.

The interim results for the period ended 28 February 2013 are in
the process of being finalised and will be released in due
course.

The information detailed above has not been reviewed or reported
on by the Company’s auditors.

Cautionary announcement relating to a potential delisting of the
company’s shares from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange:
Shareholders are advised that the company’s board of directors is
considering a possible delisting of the company’s shares from the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange, which if proceeded with, may have a
material effect on the price of the company’s securities.

Discussions in this regard are on-going and accordingly
shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
their shares in the company until a further announcement is made.
