TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
companies are required to publish a trading statement as
soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial
results for the period to be reported on will differ by
more than 20% from that of the previous corresponding
period. Muvoni is currently finalising results for the six
months ended 28 February 2013.
Shareholders are advised that the basic loss per share will
be approximately 0,39 cents per share compared to earnings
of 2,74 cents per share for the six months ended 29
February 2012. The headline loss per share will be
approximately 0,39 cents per share for the six months ended
28 February 2013 compared to the headline earnings of 0,68
cents per share for the six months ended 29 February 2012.
The financial information on which this trading statement
is based has not been reviewed or reported upon by the
company’s auditors.
The interim results will be published on or about 31 May
2013.
