Appointment of independent non-executive director


In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, RBA is proud to
announce the appointment of Ms Kabela Maroga as independent non-executive director with immediate
effect.

Ms Maroga is a qualified chartered accountant and also holds a graduate diploma in mining engineering
from Wits University. She has more than 13 years’ experience in the corporate financial environment and
currently is the managing director of Kabela Consulting. She also serves on the board and audit
committee of Redisa (Recycling and Economic Development Initiative of South Africa).
