DEBENTURE INTEREST DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT


Further to the debenture interest declaration set out in RIN’s unaudited condensed consolidated interim
results announcement for the six months ended 28 February 2013, which was published on SENS on
29 April 2013, linked unitholders are advised that the GBP:ZAR exchange rate for the interest distribution,
payable on 27 May 2013, has been set at GBP1.00:ZAR14.00. This is the effective forward rate of exchange
from today’s date to 24 May 2013, being the date on which the company will receive the pound sterling
dividend from its subsidiary, Redefine International P.L.C.

Accordingly, linked unitholders are advised that the debenture interest distribution for the six months to
28 February 2013 will be 20.58 South African cents per linked unit, being the Rand equivalent of 1.47 pence
per linked unit.
