Changes to the board of directors of the Manager of the Fund Oasis Crescent Property Fund (A property fund created under the Oasis Crescent Trust Scheme registered in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act (Act 45 of 2002) JSE code: OAS, ISIN: ZAE000074332 (“OCPF” or “the Fund”) CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MANAGER OF THE FUND In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), unit holders of the Fund are hereby advised that Ms Zaheeda Ismail Kara (”Ms Kara”) has resigned from the Board of Directors of Oasis Crescent Property Fund Managers Limited, the manager of the Fund (“the Manager”). Ms Kara’s resignation will be with immediate effect. The Board wishes to thank Ms Kara for her contributions during her tenure as director and wish her well in her future endeavours. In accordance with paragraph 3.84 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, unit holders of the Fund are further advised that Abbas Abdul Gani (”Mr Gani”) has been appointed as an Independent Non- Executive Director to the Board of Directors and as member of the Audit Committee of the Manager with immediate effect. Mr Gani (65 years) is a CA(SA) and has undertaken various studies at the University of Cape Town, Oxford University and the University of Cambridge. He is a former executive director of Engen Ltd. (2000 – 2010) where he was appointed in various executive positions as the former CEO and MD (acting) of Engen Ltd. (1 July 2005 to 30 April 2006) and as the CFO and FD of Engen Ltd. (2002 to 2010). Mr Gani also has more than 37 years business experience both in the accounting and auditing spheres as well as acting on various executive boards. The board welcomes Mr Gani in his capacity as independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee as of 7 May 2013.
