CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby informed of the resignation
of Cornelius (“Cornel”) J Schutte as executive financial director and
company secretary of IFA with effect from 30 April 2013. The Board
would like to thank Cornel for his hard work, commitment and
contributions to the Company.

The Board has identified Ms Krishnee Pillay CA(SA) who is IFA’s Vice
President Finance to take up the role of executive financial
director. The Board has also identified Phillip Guy Rene’de Sylva,
who is IFA’s Vice President Operations, to take up the role of
company secretary.

A board meeting to make the new appointments has been scheduled for
30 April 2013 and an announcement will follow in due course.
