CHANGES TO THE BOARD

Shareholders are advised of the following:

Wilderness, in accordance with its stated strategy of bolstering
its Botswana presence, wishes to announce the appointment of Mr
Parks Tafa as Chairman of the Board of Directors, with immediate
effect. Mr Tafa has been a non-executive director of Wilderness
since 2010. He is a vastly experienced business and transactional
lawyer and is currently the non-executive chairman of Stanbic Bank
Botswana. Mr Tafa, who is a citizen of Botswana, is also the
senior and managing partner in the leading Gaborone-based law
firm, Collins, Newman & Co.

Mr Tafa will replace Mr Malcolm McCulloch who has been chairman of
the board since 2003 and will continue to make his valuable
contribution to the Group by remaining a non-executive director on
the Board.

In addition, Mr Michael Tollman is appointed as Deputy Chairman of
the Board of Directors of Wilderness. Mr Tollman first joined
Wilderness in 2005 as a director of Wilderness Safaris Investment
and Finance Pty Ltd and was appointed as a non-executive director
of Wilderness Holdings in 2010. He has extensive experience in
the travel industry worldwide and currently is executive chairman
and acting CEO of Cullinan Holdings Ltd, one of South Africa’s
leading travel groups listed on the JSE.

It is also noted that the search for a Chief Executive Officer
that was announced on 21 February 2013 is at an advanced stage and
