WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Linked unit holders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 25 February 2013 regarding the proposed
acquisition of the Clearwater Office Park by Annuity (“Proposed Acquisition”) and are hereby advised that discussions
relating to the Proposed Acquisition have been terminated by mutual agreement.

Accordingly, the cautionary announcement is now withdrawn and linked unit holders are no longer required to
exercise caution when dealing in their Annuity linked units.

Annuity remains committed to aggressively growing its property portfolio through the acquisition of assets that
compliment the quality of its existing underlying property portfolio, in a manner that is consistent with Annuity’s growth
and investment strategy.
