Revised trading statement and further cautionary announcement
Shareholders are referred to the trading statement dated 4 March 2013 in which
shareholders were advised that the loss per share and headline loss per shares
for the six months ended 31 December 2012 are expected to be more than 20% worse
than that of the previous interim period ended 31 December 2011.
The company is busy finalising its interim financial results for the period ending
31 December 2012. Shareholders are advised that the results for the six months ended
31 December 2012 are expected to be in the range of between 0.50 and 0.60 cents loss
per share, and in the range of between 0.05 and 0.15 cents headline loss per share.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed
or reported on by the Group`s external auditors.
BioSciences interim financial results will be released on SENS on 28 March 2013.
Renewal of cautionary announcement
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement of 4 March 2013 in respect of
negotiations to dispose of the Muscle Science business and related assets. These
negotiations are continuing and shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution
when dealing in the companys shares until a full announcement is made.
