RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND RESULTS OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

At the annual general meeting of Osiris shareholders held on Monday, 25 March 2013 (in terms of
the notice of annual general meeting contained in the company’s annual report for the period from
incorporation on 16 May 2012 to 31 August 2012) (“the annual report”), all the resolutions as
proposed at the annual general meeting were passed by the requisite majorities of shareholders.

Shareholders are further advised that at the special general meeting of Osiris shareholders held
immediately after the annual general meeting on Monday, 25 March 2013 (in terms of the notice
of special general meeting contained in the annual report), all the resolutions proposed at the
special general meeting were passed by the requisite majorities of shareholders.
