OPENING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT


A placing of shares in the Company will open at 12:00 Mauritian time (10:00 South African time) on Tuesday, 5 March
2013 and close at 12:00 Mauritian time (10:00 South African time) on Friday 8 March 2013. The placing will take place
through the Company´s Mauritian share register. For purposes of this placing, shareholder will be invited by the Company
to subscribe for up to 80 million of its new shares at USD1.20 per share.

In line with the Company´s strategy of investing in real estate and companies, as detailed in the Listing Particulars dated
30 March 2012, the additional capital raised through this placing will be used by the Company to invest in listed real
estate securities and/or direct property in selected jurisdictions.

As required by the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (“SEM”), copies of the Supplements to the Listing
Particulars and the Listing Particulars of the Company, will be made available for inspection during normal office hours
(from 9:00. to 17:00) at the registered office of the Company which is situated at Level 3, Alexander House, 35
Cybercity, Ebene, Mauritius.
