CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - RESIGNATION AND CHANGE IN FUNCTION



In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
1time (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Lorna Terblanche has resigned as Group
financial director with effect from 4 March 2013 in order to pursue other business interests.

The Board thanks Lorna for her contribution to the Group and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

The Group CEO, Blacky Komani, will act as Group financial director with immediate effect until a suitable
candidate is appointed to fill the role. Shareholders will be advised of further developments in due course.
