DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES

This announcement is made in terms of paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and section
122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended.

Shareholders are advised that Imvula Trust has acquired a beneficial interest in Coronation ordinary shares, such
that the total of all interests of Coronation ordinary shares held by Imvula Trust are now 10% of the total issued
Coronation ordinary shares.
