Results of the annual general meeting

The annual general meeting of Awethu shareholders was held today Wednesday, 20
February 2013. All the special resolutions and the ordinary resolutions, as set out in
the notice of annual general meeting to shareholders, dated 30 November 2012,
were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolutions will
be filed and registered where required with the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission in due course.
