Bank of South Africa Limited ZAR40,000,000,000 Structured Note
Programme
NOTICE IS GIVEN TO ALL HOLDERS OF NOTES: SSN and CLN series (all
JSE listed notes issued in terms of The Standard Bank of South
Africa Limited’s Structured Note Programme (formerly the Credit
Linked Note Programme) (the “Programme”)).
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the relevant provisions
of the Programme Memorandum dated 1 February 2012, the Programme
Amount   shall    be   increased   from    ZAR40,000,000,000  to
ZAR60,000,000,000 with effect from 18 February 2013, whereupon
all references to the current Programme Amount in the Programme
Memorandum or any other agreement, deed or document in relation
to the Programme, will be deemed to be amended accordingly.
Notice is given to Noteholders for information purposes only.
No action is required by Noteholders.
