RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”)


Shareholders are advised that all of the ordinary and
special resolutions proposed at the AGM of Afrocentric held
on 13 February 2013, were approved by the requisite number
of shareholders.


The special resolutions, where applicable, will be filed
with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in
due course.
