FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Pursuant to the SENS announcement made on 29 January 2013,
shareholders are further advised that the Company has started
the requisite actions to approve that its subsidiary,
Armstrong Building Contractors (Pty) Ltd (“Armstrong”), be
wound up on the basis of a voluntary winding up in terms the
Companies Act 1973 (as amended).

It is noted that the Company’s major subsidiary, Civcon
Construction (Pty) Ltd, has a sound order book, is trading
profitably and has adequate liquidity to meet its current and
forecast commitments, under existing conditions. The Company’s
major funders and guarantee providers remain supportive of the
Company and its remaining subsidiaries. Certain providers of
financial facilities have requested that the Company make
available additional security to them and negotiations are in
progress to finalise these terms.

Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company’s securities until a further
announcement is made in this regard.
