                CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Shareholders are advised that Mrs Joan Jones, the company secretary of
Andulela, has announced her retirement with effect from 31 January
2013.

Joan has been the company secretary since 2007 and Andulela wishes to
thank Joan for her invaluable contribution during her tenure and wishes
her all the best for the future.

Mrs Humeira Kazi will be taking over the duties of company secretary
with effect from 1 February 2013. Humeira has extensive company
secretarial experience and the board of directors of Andulela welcomes
her. Joan will remain with the company in an advisory capacity.
