RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


JCI shareholders are advised that at the Annual General
Meeting of the Company held on Thursday, 24 January 2013, all
ordinary and special resolutions proposed thereat were passed
with votes in favour by the requisite majority of shareholders
present and voting.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Commissioner in
due course.
The minutes of the Annual General Meeting will be available on
the JCI website in due course.
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated
18 December 2012 and are advised that, as all Annual Financial
Statements are now up-to-date and have been published and
posted to shareholders and, in addition, the Annual General
Meeting of the Company has now taken place, caution is no
longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing
in their securities.
