CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF DIRECTORS


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited and to improve compliance
with King III recommendations, notification is hereby given of the following changes to the functions of
directors serving on Putprops’ board of directors (“the Board”), with immediate effect.

Mr Andrew B Adrian has resigned as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee; however he will continue
to serve in his capacity as Chairman of the Board.

The Board intends to fill this vacant position, however, in the interim period, Mr Paolo Senatore, an
independent, non-executive Board and Audit and Risk Committee member will act as the Chairman of the
Audit and Risk Committee.
