The Board of Gold One International Limited (“Gold One”) advises that Mr Kim Hogg has been appointed as
Gold One’s second company secretary, with effect from 15 January 2013, following the resignation of Mr
Brett Snell. Mr Hogg holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and is
a partner at Anthony Ho and Associates.

Mr Snell, who was previously based at Gold One’s Sydney office, has been seconded to Gold One’s South
African operations as Finance Manager: Transaction Services. The Board wishes to thank Mr Snell for his
valuable contribution to the company as company secretary.
